Let's go ahead and show you how it works.This is a pretty unique accessory here in that it enables you to let it swing away from the vehicle so you can gain full hatch access or tailgate access for hitch bike racks that may inhibit that or that don't even tilt away at all.To swing it away, we'll come up to the front here, we'll have this handle.
